I just read an email about the top ten reason's why to give the gift of exercise for the Holiday's.  This started me thinking.  The moms that come to Strollerfit already know it is a great workout so lets sheare it with our friends.  Bring a friend to class before the end of Fitness takes No holiday Challeneg and get a bonus point.  If they join receive 5 ponus points and if they purchase a deluxe enrollment kit or a muscle bar receive 5 more bonus points and for each of these things be entered into a raffle for a free massage!!
